Wogen (I decided that you can pronunce the "g" either as in "game" or as in "generator") is a name, word and sentence random generator. I started its development a long time ago, when I was trying to build a role-playing game. This is the third post about Wogen on this blog. The first one was only able to output pseudo-Japanese words, while the second was an improved version with the capability of generating also sentences in some languages. Here is the new version of Wogen, featuring a new interface (that is still ugly, but I'm not a GUI designer :-)), a better sentence generator (with punctuation) and some new name generators.
Make your choice on the left panel and see the names or sentences that are generated on the main panel. With the bottom panel, you can control the number of names or sentences that are generated, and, finally, you can also play with the "Restraint" parameter: a high restraint value means that the words or the sentences are more similar to those that have been provided as input to the generator during the learning phase; a lower restraint value means that the generator has more "creativity".
If you browse in the sentence generators, Italian language, you will find a new experimental generator, that makes use of a different kind of model: an Italian sentence generator in politics-slang.
Programma veramente grandioso per formulare inconcludenti discorsi politici! Ora ha una grande utilità!
